Did you miss Open House last night?

We are so thankful to all the wonderful families who joined us for our Open House last night! It was a pleasure meeting everyone.  

If you were unable to attend, don’t worry! Families who submit an enrollment request on March 1st and receive a space in our program will be invited to a group tour during that week. This tour will give you a chance to see our classrooms and ask any questions. Multiple dates and times will be available. Please note that tours are only offered to families who receive a space, and all tours will take place before enrollment forms and fees are due.  

Important Enrollment Information: 

✅ Enrollment opens on March 1st at 7 PM – A link will be posted here on our blog.  

✅ The form will ask for your name and phone number – Please double-check your number before submitting!  

✅ Submissions are timestamped and spaces will be given in the order they are received.  

✅ Once all spaces are filled, we will begin our waiting list.  

To increase your chances of securing a spot, we recommend submitting the form right at 7 PM. This form is a request for enrollment and does not guarantee a space. No payment or additional information is required at this time.  

**Because of the large number of families that joined us last night with two-year-olds, we will be expanding our two-year-old afternoon preschool class to offer additional spaces! **

What Happens Next? 

📅 Starting Monday, March 3rd, we will begin processing enrollment requests submitted on March 1st.  

📞 A member of our team will contact you to confirm whether you have received a space or have been placed on the waiting list.  

📝 Families who receive a space will have one week to complete registration, which includes submitting a completed enrollment packet and the $200 New Student Fee.  

In the meantime, we encourage you to review our website and blog, where you’ll find important information, including our Handbook and Enrollment Packet (all forms will be digital so no need to print this packet).

Summer Camp 2025

 


We are SO excited to be preparing for another fun-filled summer here at Coastal Day School!! We are open eight (8) weeks, offering both a half-day and full-day program for rising kindergarteners though middle school! Our full-day program includes a fun outing each day for our campers!

Our half-day program is from 9am to 1pm daily. Campers need a lunch, snack, and multiple water bottles each day. Please apply sunscreen each morning before drop-off. Half-day campers stay at Coastal and do not participate in field trips. Our staff provide fun and interactive activities to keep them engaged all morning long!! 

 

For campers in our full-day program, drop-off is between 7:30 and 8:30am. We ask that all campers arrive by 8:30am to ensure we can leave for our field trip on time. Our return time from the field trip will be listed on the field trip calendar and you are welcome to pick-up anytime after our return. All full-day campers must be picked up by 6pm. Campers need a lunch, snack, and multiple water bottles each day. Please apply sunscreen each morning before drop-off. We will reapply midmorning. We will gladly accept spray sunscreen donations throughout the summer…we go through a LOT! 

 

Tuition is based on what you enroll for, not what days your child actually attends. Once paperwork is submitted, we cannot change or take away any weeks registered for, and you will be required to pay for them in full. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We provide a quality program with low student/teacher ratios, along with activities daily. It is important that we receive payment for every space reserved to continue providing the fun program our campers have come to love! We feel badly when plans change and parents are still expected to pay, but please understand that this is required to keep our camp open and functioning. If multiple parents were to ask each week to make changes, it would severely affect our ability to continue to operate, as it is difficult to fill spaces last minute when parents have already made other arrangements for their children once our program is full. Again, we will not make any exceptions to this rule for any reason.

 

We will begin registration in stages as outlined below:


~ Current students and siblings, as well as campers that attended summer camp 2024 and siblings can enroll 

starting February 10, 2025


~ Families that have attended Coastal for any program in the past can enroll starting March 3, 2025


~ New families that have not previously attended Coastal Day School can enroll starting March 17, 2024


To register your child for our summer camp program, we will need completed paperwork, along with the non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee. Spaces are first come, first serve.

Enrollment Information for the 2025-2026 school year!

Happy New Year, everyone! Preparations are underway for the 2025-2026 school year and we are so eager to meet new families here in our community!!! We love that the last 18 years of business have granted us the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, many that have become dear friends. And we are SO excited that your family is interested in joining us!! Our school is full of amazing teachers and students and we are sure your little one would be a great addition! Our school year runs from the beginning of September through the end of May. Children must be the age of the classroom they wish to join by August 31st. 

We will be hosting an Open House on Monday, February 10th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm for parents to see our facility and meet our staff. We would love to meet you that evening and answer any questions you may have!! **This event is for parents only. We do hold an Open House for all students in the summer for them to see their classroom and meet their teacher and friends!**

Enrollment starts on March 1st at 7pm. We will post a link right here on our blog. It will ask for your name and phone number. Please double check your phone number before submitting your form. All submissions are timestamped and we will give out available spaces in the order of the submissions. Once all spaces are filled, we will start our waiting lists. If you’d like a space, it is best to fill it out right at 7pm. This form is a request for enrollment, it does not guarantee a space. You do not pay a deposit or provide any additional information at this time. 

Starting Monday, March 3rd, we will begin to process all enrollment requests that were submitted on March 1st. A member of our administrative team will call you to let you know if you have received a space or if you have been placed on the waiting list. Any family that receives a space will have one week to complete registration, which includes submitting a completed enrollment packet and submitting the New Student Fee of $200.00. 

If you submitted the request for enrollment on March 1st, and receive a space, and were unable to attend our Open House on February 10th, we will offer a group tour during that week. We will only offer the group tour for families who received a space. Families on our waiting lists are only offered a tour if/when they receive a space.

Last chance for PRIORITY ENROLLMENT for next school year!

 

Our school year is off to a great start!! We have LOVED welcoming back our new and returning families! Each year we are surprised at how quickly re-enrollment for the following year sneaks up on us. Time flies when you are having fun!!! If you want to make sure you are part of our PRIORITY ENROLLMENT group (current students that are re-enrolling) that gets to re-enroll before we open it up to the public, join our Afternoon Preschool today!! Any child enrolled in our Afternoon Preschool prior to October 31st will be part of that priority group for next year. While we cannot guarantee a spot in our morning program for the following year, re-enrollment as a current student will get you your best chance. Please contact our Afternoon Preschool Director, Miss Melissa, at melissa@coastaldayschool.com for more information or to enroll!! Spaces are very limited and are first come, first serve.

Summer Camp

Summer is just around the corner and we are already planning for the BEST SUMMER EVER! If you are still in need of camp for your kiddos, we'd love to have you join us!! While our full-day camp is almost full, we do have some spaces remaining in our half-day program. Please check out our blog post about camp *here*!

Here is what we still have available as of today (3/19/24):

Full-day:

July 22-26 we have 4 two-day spaces (Tuesday/Thursday)

July 29-August 2 we have 5 five-day spaces (or they can be split into 2 and 3 day spaces)

August 13 we have 8 spaces

August 14 we have 2 spaces

Half-day:

We have spaces available every week
