Hi everyone-

We copy the same form every year, and have never put a restriction on it. We do not know how that happened or why, but it was certainly not purposeful or to upset anyone. We have received many emails and messages about how disappointed people are and several angry ones that were not so kind. We apologize for any stress this caused, as we were feeling it on our end as well, but again, we did not know and did not mean to post the link like that.

All the requests to access the form were timestamped so everything is fine and it is the exact same as if you submitted the completed form. We will still need everyone to go back and complete the form so we have your phone number. The request to access the link only sent names and emails.

Again, we apologize that this happened and caused stress, but we appreciate your understanding and kindness.

Thank you for your submission!! Your request has been time-stamped and we will begin processing the requests in the order they were received. Our admin team will start making phone calls on Monday morning to fill spaces. If you receive and accept a space, you will then receive a confirmation email with all the information you need to secure your space. Deadlines for fees and paperwork will be outlined in the email. Any missed deadlines will result in us giving that space to the next child on the list. Please check your Spam folders as our emails end up there a lot.

If you do not hear from us by Friday, March 7th, please contact us. Prior to that, our office staff answering the phones will not be able to tell you where you are on the list. You will need to wait for our Admin team to contact you.
